Our Mission:

The Urban Vegetable Project is a collaborative endeavor aimed at teaching underserved students the science, business, and art of sustainable farming practices, while providing locally grown food to our Miami community.      

 

We have two farms: a 1/4-acre teaching farm at Florida International University's Biscayne Bay campus in North Miami, and a 4-acre row crop farm at St. Simon's Episcopal Church in University Park.

 

We sell our produce through a CSA program with weekly boxes from October through April. To receive updates about our CSA sign-ups, join our newsletter.
